敖德萨州(烏克蘭語:Одеська область,转写:Odes'ka oblast')是烏克蘭西南部的一個州[2],與羅馬尼亞、摩爾多瓦接壤。面積33,310平方公里,是乌克兰面积最大的州,与比利时或荷兰一样大。海岸线和河口岸线的长度达到300公里,而国界线则为1200公里。[3]2006年人口2,402,000。首府敖德萨。
西南部原屬比薩拉比亞的一部份,1940年根據《蘇德互不侵犯條約》納入烏克蘭版圖,1954年併入本州,因而當地羅馬尼亞人成為少數民族。
2015年5月30日,烏克蘭總統彼得·波罗申科宣佈任命格魯吉亞前總統米哈伊爾·薩卡什維利為敖德萨州州長。[4]
