金眼鯛目（学名：Beryciformes）是輻鰭魚綱的其中一目，其下分类组合近年来有所变化。[1]

种系发生学


本目属于新真骨鱼亚群栉鳞派棘鳍类金眼鲷亚类，过去金鳞鱼科曾是这里的一部分，但实际亲缘上，金鳞鱼科比本目更接近鲈形亚类，2017年正式发表的《硬骨鱼支序分类学》，金鳞鱼目独自组成金鳞鱼亚类，与鲈形亚类组成金眼鲷亚类的旁系群。另一方面，旧有的鲸头鱼目及奇鲷目则被发现是金眼鲷科的近亲，因而被并入本目之中。[2][3]
