人類的咽（human pharynx），又稱咽頭，是頸部的一個部份，為一條連接口腔和鼻腔至食道和氣管（食道和氣管交界）的圓錐形通道，是消化道和呼吸道的交會處。咽頭與喉頭在解剖學上合稱為咽喉。
