馬丁努斯·宋克（荷蘭語：Martinus Sonck，1590年－1625年），或譯馬蒂·孫克，台灣荷蘭殖民時期第一任台灣長官，出生於阿姆斯特丹。1621年曾率兵攻佔班達，成為班達長官。1623年被控浪費槍枝、彈藥而被調回巴達維亞，1624年被在巴達維亞的荷蘭東印度公司總督科恩派赴大員（台灣），成為台灣荷蘭殖民時期首任台灣長官。
宋克於一鯤鯓設政務廳，並開始興建奧倫治城（Orange），1625年1月24日改稱普羅民西亞（Provintia）。宋克死後，1627年此城改名熱蘭遮城（Zeelandia），即今安平古堡。
宋克去世有兩種說法。一為1625年9月與高級舵手佛爾西（Adviaen Verhee）溺斃於大員灣入口，後世有人懷疑宋克是被他曾攻打的新港社人挾怨報復所淹死的。[1]。另說為1626年12月於返回荷蘭途中，溺水死於好望角。[2]
報導
根據中國時報的報導：「台灣不只明朝不管，甚至也不屬任何國家管轄，所以走私船早在當時就在基隆、安平與淡水會合明朝、日本與西班牙、葡萄牙與荷蘭的商船。...杜正勝指出，根據荷蘭史料，當時東印度公司指揮官萊爾森於一六二二年到福州談判，明朝官員為了勸誘他們撤出澎湖，建議他們到澎湖以東，一座不屬於明朝的島嶼，也就是台灣，間接同意明朝船隻到大員（今安平）與之通商。中研院院士曹永和，更指出當時明朝官員向萊爾森說：「你不知道大員怎麼去，我們派船帶你去」。這段史料，顯見明朝福建官員知道台灣，卻不把台灣當作屬地。而同樣年代，明代的史料記載的是，官員軟硬兼施，並請海商李旦居中協調，荷蘭的新任長官宋克，才在一六二四年拆除澎湖城堡的建材，搭乘熱蘭遮城號商船，來到大員上岸，宋克也成為荷蘭建立台灣政權的首任長官，他也在大員建立熱蘭遮城。」[3]
