卡塔赫纳（西班牙语：Cartagena）是位于哥伦比亚西北部加勒比海沿岸的一座海港城市，人口895,400（2005年）。
名稱
市名卡塔赫納是為了紀念西班牙的同名城市。而西班牙卡塔赫納又源自於古迦太基建立的聚落「新迦太基」（Carthago Nova）。因此本市亦譯作迦太基。
