大戟屬，又稱翡翠塔屬，是大戟科植物的一個屬，包括了2160多種不同種類的植物，當中有些比較常見的，例如：一品紅、麒麟花、燈台草等。大戟屬植物是現時地球上其中一種生長範圍極廣的植物種屬，主要在非洲及美洲的熱帶及亞熱帶地區生長，但在溫帶亦有發現。生長年期有一年生或多年生，有草本、木本灌木及喬木，而且都有樹液。
