托勒密二世（与姐姐恋爱者） Πτολεμαίος ο Φιλάδελφος（前308年—前246年），埃及托勒密王朝的第二位法老（公元前285年—公元前246年在位）。托勒密一世（救主）之子，母亲为贝勒尼基一世。在前288年—前285年，他已经与父母共同治理埃及。
托勒密二世的外号是得自于他与自己的姐姐阿西诺亚二世结婚（这符合埃及自法老时代以来的惯例）。
托勒密二世原来的妻子是色雷斯公主阿西诺亚一世。但是，在阿西诺亚二世（她是阿西诺亚一世的后母）从色雷斯返回之后，也许是为了迎合埃及人的想法，托勒密二世抛弃了原配的王后并以企图谋杀丈夫的罪名将其流放。随后他与姐姐结婚并使他成为自己的共治者。

托勒密二世执行积极的外交政策：同已脱离埃及的昔兰尼加开战，并干涉希腊事务。为争夺地中海东岸地区，托勒密与塞琉古王朝进行第一次叙利亚战争和第二次叙利亚战争。托勒密二世在第一次叙利亚战争中打败了安条克一世（救主），夺取塞琉古王朝的属国米利都、腓尼基等地。前266年，托勒密二世煽动雅典和斯巴达反对马其顿国王安提柯二世。但当雅典等城邦遭安提柯二世报复性打击时，托勒密二世并未出力救援。前258年，托勒密二世的舰队在科斯島海战中败于马其顿舰队，结果埃及失去基克拉澤斯群島。
托勒密二世最终与安条克二世（“神”）签定了和约，该和约使埃及版图扩展至小亚细亚。
