何思敬

何思敬（1896年12月20日－1968年4月14日），笔名何畏，浙江余杭县人，中国作家、哲学家和法学家。
生平
早年留学日本京都帝国大学社会学系。1921年，创造社同人，与郁达夫、成仿吾、陶晶孙、郭沫若等创办内部刊物《green》。1926年9月参加创造社广州大会，选为创造社出版总部第一届监察委员。1930年创造社刊物改变方向而随从参加左联。1932年，加入中国共产党。1938年，进入延安，历任抗日军政大学教授、延安大学法学院法律系主任、中共中央党校研究员、政策研究室负责人。1945年，参加国共谈判，任中央法律委员会委员[1]。
中华人民共和国成立后，担任北京大学法律系教授，中国人民大学教授、法律系主任，并任中国人民政治协商会议第一届全体会议代表等，从德文原版翻译马克思、恩格斯的著作，包括《法律家社会主义》、《国民经济学批判大纲》、《恩格斯论教育和生产劳动的结合》和《马克思、恩格斯论共产主义的全面教育》等著作[2]。
1968年4月14日，文化大革命期间被批斗殴打致死。1979年12月3日，党中央为其平反昭雪，在北京八宝山革命公墓礼堂举行追悼大会。[3]2008年家人将其部分骨灰由八宝山革命公墓移放到杭州市余杭区塘栖镇超山公墓。
