特里西納·安德烈·「特麗」·塞維爾（英语：Terrycina Andrea "Terri" Sewell[1]；1976年7月26日－[2]），是一位美國民主黨政治人物，自2011年通過眾議院選舉（英语：United States House of Representatives elections in Alabama, 2010）擊敗共和黨的唐·張伯倫（Don Chamberlain）成為阿拉巴馬州聯邦眾議院第七國會選區的議員[3][4]。塞維爾是民主黨在阿拉巴馬州首位黑人女性國會議員[5]，她和瑪莎·羅比亦是首兩名通過定期選舉成為阿拉巴馬州國會代表（英语：United States congressional delegations from Alabama）的女性。
