米伦（德语：Miellen）是德国莱茵兰-普法尔茨州的一个市镇。总面积2.05平方公里，总人口401人，其中男性208人，女性193人（2011年12月31日），人口密度196人/平方公里。
瑞士旅游胜地位于少女峰地区西侧，与东部的格林德尔瓦尔德相望，是在老特布龙嫩山谷悬崖上的小山村。充满阿尔卑斯风情的米伦，由于禁止汽油机车行驶，所以完好地保存了阿尔卑斯朴素的山村氛围，空气清新。去米伦，可乘缆车到格吕奇阿尔卑，再换乘火车；或乘坐邮政巴士到施特歇尔贝格(Stechelberg)，再乘缆车上去。这里不仅能眺望少女峰、僧侣峰、艾格峰的美景，还是雪朗峰的起点。
米伦的主要景点◆ 雪朗峰(Schilthorn)：单程约20分钟。雪朗峰007峰给人带来印象深刻的360度全景观，可在此饱览200座山峰的壮丽景色。有位于海拔2,971米的旋转餐厅和眺望台。
◆艾尔蒙特呼贝尔(Allmendhubel)：单程约4分钟(在米伦乘缆车)。这里可眺望伯尔尼群山，还有餐厅。春季和秋季缆车停运。
◆ 北面山道(North Face Trail)：大约需要1个小时30分钟至3个小时。这是从艾尔蒙特呼贝尔经由以高山植物闻名的花之谷——布鲁门塔尔，眺望伯尔尼群山北坡，再折回米伦的徒步旅行线路。标出山的历史及地形的指示板，将有助于您进一步了解阿尔卑斯山。
