  • Holotype: USNM 203436.

  • Paratypes: USNM 203436 (1, with holotype, not found in 1985), 203437 (10, 1 c&s).


Type locality: Dawapia Rocks, Simpson Harbor, near Rabaul, New Britain, Bismarck Archipelago, Papua New Guinea, western Pacific, depth 40-50 feet.
