Matrox Electronic Systems Ltd是一家加拿大公司，中文名为迈创。公司位在加拿大的魁北克省（Quebec）南部的多瓦勒（Dorval）市，该公司专注于个人计算机内的显示卡，而创办人为Lorne Trottier与Branko Branko Matić，该公司的命名也来自于此：Matić的"Ma"与Trottier的"tro"，最后再加上x（x取自英文「excellence，优秀、卓越」的x）就成了Matrox。

过去很长一段时间，Matrox的显卡一直有着最佳的2D显示效能，因此被ZD Davis的PC绘图视频测试软件认定为2D显示效能的测试基准，以Matrox的效能表现为100分，测试其它业者的显卡能获取几分。

Matrox在专业多重显示的显卡上相当独到，多重显示可以让一张显卡同时对多个显示器进行画面输出。除此之外，Matrox的目标客户相当广泛，举凡有2D视频、3D视频、影像视频等需求者，以及科学、医疗、军用（防御）、财务等影像绘图工作站需求者，都是Matrox的目标客户、目标使用者。

在1990年代期间，Matrox公司的Millennium系列显卡在2D方面的速度、质量都有极佳的表现，不过在3D显卡方面的效能、市占都逐渐落后于其它业者，虽然该公司曾努力维持自身在产业界的地位。最后，Matrox转专注到特有、利基的视频需求市场，导致了近几年在整体显卡市场中仅剩不足1%的占有率。
