曹云祥

曹云祥（1881年－1937年），字延生，又字庆五，中国浙江嘉兴人，教育家、管理学家，曾任北京清華大學校長。
生平
曹云祥1900年毕业于上海圣约翰大学，1907年至1911年在美国耶鲁大学求学，1911年获BA学位。其后他又赴英国伦敦大学进修经济学，毕业后就职于中国驻英国使馆。1919年回中国，任北洋政府外交部參事。
1922年，曹云祥被外交部委任为清华学校校长，主持了清华学校改制为清华大学的工作，将其改组成大学部、留美预备部、研究院三部分，设17个系。在吴宓的协助下，清华大学先后邀请了王国维、梁启超、陈寅恪、赵元任等来校任教，成为中国学术重镇。
1927年年底，曹云祥卸任清华校长，1930年起中国工商管理协会会长，大力宣传科学管理，被誉为“中国的泰罗”。
1930年代中期，曹云祥皈依巴哈伊教，1937年病逝于上海。
