高雄市立空中大學（英語：OUK, Open University of Kaohsiung），全國唯一由地方政府於1997年創校成立之空中大學，簡稱高雄空大、高空大、市立空大。是一所位於中華民國（台灣）高雄市的市立空中大學，正積極發展成為具有「城市大學」特質、「網路大學」功能和「數位教育新經濟」效益的社會教育型大學。教學採網路、電視、廣播及傳統面授四種彈性上課方式，使學生進修同時可兼顧工作、學業、與家庭等多重角色。入學不限學歷、不限修業年限[1] ，修畢128學分以上（含）成績合格者即依學位授予法[2]授予公立大學學士學位，並採低學費平民教育政策 (860元/1學分，200元/1學期雜費) ，為高雄市政府直屬一級機關。高雄市立空中大學校址設於高雄市小港區，並在中壢、南投、彰化、雲林、臺東、屏東、澎湖、枋寮、新竹物流台南專班、左中專一、二班、警專學士專班一共設置11個校外班。
