黃鷹（1956年10月28日－1991年10月29日），本名黃海明，又名黃明，另有筆名盧令。香港武俠小說名家，出生於北京，童年到港。
早年因接替古龍寫《驚魂六記》成名，著有《大俠沈勝衣》、《天蠶變》，作品亦曾被麗的電視改編為電視劇。另外著有殭屍系列小說，與余無語並列鬼王作家。除寫作外，曾入環球出版社工作，為該社出版的書刊畫插圖。[1]
一九八零年，寫電影劇本《賊贓》，曾編寫數十部電影劇本。之後更成立鷹電影製作公司，將自己的作品改編成電影上映。惜因腦溢血英年早逝，得年僅35歲（一说是因为拍电影资金周转不灵，借了高利贷，后被追债者打死）。[1]
