國家和地區頂級域名（Country code top-level domain，英语：ccTLD），简称国家顶级域^[1]^[2]^[3]，又譯國碼域名^[4]^[5]、頂級國碼域名^[6]、國碼頂級網域名稱^[7]^[8]，或頂級國碼網域名稱^[8]^[9]，是用兩字母的國家或地區名縮寫代稱的頂級域^[10]，其域名的指定及分配，政治因素考量凌駕在技術和商業因素之上^[11]。

這些頂級域均由兩個字母組成，大部份使用ISO 3166-1標準。2002年時共有243個國家及地區頂級域。^[12]2010年起，網際網路號碼分配局開始分配國際化國家及地區頂級域，這項改變使得國碼域名可以使用當地文字，例如增加了中文國碼域名（.中国及.中國、.香港、.台湾及.台灣），國際化國碼域名也不限於兩個字（例如.新加坡是三個字）。到2016年4月為止，共有303個國家及地區頂級域。^[13]

其中有兩個島國圖瓦盧及科科斯（基林）群島，與VeriSign旗下公司達成協議，向全世界開放其國碼域名，分別是.tv及.cc。
