小品詞

小品詞（particle、質詞）在語法中是不屬於任何有詞形變化的語法詞類（比如名詞、代詞、動詞或冠詞）的功能詞。它是包攬性術語，是缺乏精確詞法學定義的詞語和項目的混雜集合。適合這個術語的詞是有助於編碼語法範疇（比如否定、語氣或格）的詞，或者促進講話的填充詞或講話標記如英語的“well”、“ah”、“anyway”等。小品詞是不詞形變化的。[1]例如，英語不定式標記“to”和否定標記“not”通常被認為是小品詞。
